Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, at the latest within fourteen days of receipt and inspection of the return shipment.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for unopened and originally sealed goods.

The goods must be in their original condition and must not show any damage or opened seals.

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods if the seal has been removed or damaged after delivery.

Opened booster packs, displays, or other unsealed trading card products are excluded from return.

Pre-orders

For pre-orders, shipping is expected from the specified release date or as soon as the goods have arrived with us.
