1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop LootSpot GbR.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.

By submitting the order, you place a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in Euro, including statutory value-added tax, if applicable.

Additionally, shipping costs may apply, which will be displayed during the order process.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop, for example:

• Klarna
• Shopify Payments

6. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

For pre-orders, shipping is expected from the specified release date or as soon as the goods have arrived at our premises.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable for the violation of essential contractual obligations.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
